The volume of the green hotel replaces and enlarges the ancient hotel located in the park. The building is made up of two big blocks put on the top of a transparent basement. This basement is flexible, permeable and allows the access to the rooms  above. A white ribbon element  characterises  the fronts of the complex, and the functionality of the places: suite and imperial suites are on the top, overlooking the park. Rooms are characterised by a permanent relation with the world outside thanks to  loggias and terrace (for imperial suites). All interventions are conceived to improve and enhance the landscape.
