Via Sparano | Bari

The most significant priorities in via Sparano are, starting from Piazza Umberto I: the bookshop Laterza, recently renovated; the area around the palace Mincuzzi, the churchyard of St. Ferdinand and finally, the area in front of the palace of the Rinascente. Footbridge | Terni

Footbridge | Terni

The new pedestrian walkway of the city of Terni has to perform the role of connection and new gateway to the city, imposing itself as a new urban icon. In fact, the final configuration of the bridge suggests a transparent flowing sail boat. It looks like  a big “skeleton” or an archaeological ruin that, as a mysterious scaffolding, welcomes its “internal” the pedestrians and offers an “outside” strongly linked to the surrounding landscape and to the underlying travelers in transit. The charm of the ancient dragon Thyrus, featuring the coat of arms, influenced the design concept. The definition of a “technological skin”, characterized by a sustainable energy production system, it is an attempt to enact the old saying “Thirus et amnis dederunt signa Teramnis” (Tyrus and rivers marked Terni)

Patrona de Canarias | Tenerife

The project is part of a vision of the city as a great place to return to the crossing and public enjoyment. In this perspective, the Patrona de Canarias square is not simply a space to set up and pedestrianize, but it would have to take an urban dimension, and become a meeting place for..
Piazzale Aldo Moro | Casalbore

Piazzale Aldo Moro | Casalbore

The project is based on an area with a remarkable storical value. “Via Aldo Moro” coincides with a stretch of the antique “Regio Tratturo Pescasseroli candela”, a path for animals to go to the meadow. The place doesn’t serve only as the entrance for the cemetery but uses his space to join, to rest and..
